Each year on the first Saturday of December, the town of Medford celebrates the classic Christmas story “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens, in an event co-hosted by Main Street Merchants & the Medford Business Association. The Dickens Festival is free to attend and features something for everyone…there’s holiday carolers, hot chocolate, magic and juggling shows, food and much more. It’s great fun for families and kids of all ages, and often attracts as many as 10,000 visitors from the area!
